It is strangely quiet in here.
No banter, cutting put downs, a stripey Nigel, Palarse to be heard.
Of course some of the more erudite Brighton and Charlton make an all too brief appearance these days. But some members are seriously missing in action.
I am seriously concerned for their well-being? I can΄t for the life of me think where they have gone. Maybe the rock they usually crawl from was a rather large one this time.
Just send a message chaps to let us know all is well.

They make me cry with their nasty and spiteful comments about our beloved Palace. They are always here when Palace are doing badly and their teams are doing well. At least the Brighton scumbags throw their abuse and banter whatever the weather. That is why they are our rivals. Rivals Forever if you like.
This is why Charlton can never be rivals, becuase they only appear when they are doing better than us, and then disappear when times are tough. There is no history of the swings and roundabouts that occur in football with them. |

As you must know by now I will always see Brighton and Millwall as rivals, not you lot.
I dont care enough about Charlton to gloat when we're above you.
It just seemed to be a mighty coincidence that all three of the Charlton fans who, earlier in the season could hardly stay away from these boards could hardly stop themselves from gloating, all seemed to go missing at the same time.
A time when their team has its worst run of the season.
At a time when the team they see as their rivals went above them.
At a time when it became clear their team was going to struggle to reach the play-offs.
Coincidences happen, but this was a 100% BBS Charlton Fan failure rate. |

By all means; please spend an hour or so looking back through my posts to see how many times I have gloated about the fact that we have finished higher than you in the last 10 seasons or so. Oh, and we just took 1500 or so to Plymouth after our worse run of the season and still getting 24 - 25k at home even though we keep losing. Fickle lot aren't we? |

Show me the gloating. Apart from the warm gentle glow of knowing we did the double over you, I can't remember any specific gloating. A bit of banter in the No.1 thread but that's about it.
All in all the three regular posters are quite subdued all the time - though KAFKA does go into one every now and again.

Good game last night for REMF.
We ran your lot all the first ha-ha-ha-half, then sat back on the lead and allowed two sloppy jammy goals (one straight in from a corner kick, the other a long cross that the goalie missed completely).
All 4 goals were from distance, about 30 yards!
Handbags were swung at one point as well, and a nice weepy group-hug at the end for the losers.
I didn't get to run SJLM the no-show though, and had to get my own drinks.
Bah, humbug, but he did avoid having the final penalty-shoot-out result rubbed inbetween his beady little boss-eyed frontal lobes.
