A Mark Walters hat-trick I seem to recall.
I don't remember the blunder but I do remember that it as a midweek match early in the season. We'd just beaten Millwall 1-0 (luckily) in a rain-soaked match at Selhurst the Saturday before and were either top or thereabouts. But as per-bloody-usual in those days, just when we'd got ourselves into a decent position with a surprisingly good run of form we completely folded. |
