| I have just got a new iPod, and I had to install the new iTunes so it worked. It's 7.2. However now when I double click on the icon nothing happens at all, no message or nothing. I have already looked on the internet for ways to fix it but none of them have worked. Has anyone else had the problem that can help please? |

| you need to drag a new shortcut from the itunes folder. I have had this happen before. |

| Thanks but that doesn't work either, I have tried re-installing it, restarting the computer and everything. I never had the problem before the update. |

| Try uninstalling Quicktime only then reinstalling Quicktime. |
