Stearman on board today, splashing around large sums of money, they bid £4m for lafferty before he chose his boyhood club.

What are the best odds for them to go up, their squad is getting better and better and a whole season from Ebanks-Blake could be huge for them
StudentEagle
Blimey, has someone told McCarthy that Stearman isn't a forward or has he finally branched out from that transfer policy?

With Kightly signing a new deal, Keogh getting better with every season, Ebanks-blake finally living up to his potential and they have a very good keeper, Wolves are going to be very strong this year even with Olofinjana imminent departure.

Isn't that what we say about them before every season? Yet they still manage to disappoint. Remember, they still have McCarthy calling the shots.
Brumie Allan
We'll still beat them at their place like most other years
beef
i think there is a mentality at the club which prevents success
PJJY
Same gets said every year, they always make seemingly good signings and they just underperform.

Though having said that, I think they'll do well this year ;)

Throwing money at this league rarely works.

Wolves are in the first division!
Everybody knows they won't go up!
TC EAGLE
good strike force shit defence tho
Norwoodguy
Money from Morgan seems to be helping them make some decent signings - but you still need to make it work..

As ever they, like a lot of other clubs, will be there or thereabouts come the end of the season.

Although if they dont get off to a flyer I see McCarthy being replaced

Ladbrokes offering 14-1 for them to win the title and Coral offering 4-1 for promotion
m355y
most talented squad in the division by a distance I think.

But choc full of inexperienced 20/21/22 year old prospects with very little experiened hands to guide them. Particularly up front.

Won't win it until they get a better balance.

It's those putrid orange shirts, how could anyone play well in them?
beef
hull seemed to manage it last year!
