Leif Andersen
Very promising young winger, is available on a free transfer from Southampton after turning down their contract offer. If we don't get Sinclair, we could do a lot worse than bring in Dyer

thoughts?

ugly and fat
is this one of the lads that got done recently for nicking out of a staff restroom?
Tony
I think that's an absolutely criminal suggestion, although he might come in handy if we're looking to pinch a result. He could steal in on the blind side and perhaps get us out of jail on occasion while policing our left wing.
dougierules
My Dad and my Brother are Southampton fans and they really rate him. He is injury prone though and he was caught stealing from a bar tender in a club in Southampton not that long a go.
Jay_Palace
No thanks. I'd rather not have petty thieves turning out in Palace colours.

Dyer is 20 and therefore a compensation fee would be involved in any transfer
rambocpfc
great player but unrealistic i think.
GreatGonzo
If he has rejected their contract and given their financial issues i doubt it was very high slary so that would have an effect on compensation. I always thought he looked a useful player but depends what happens with the court case.

Great Player? Bloody awful burglar?
ThisIsDoM
I've seen a few Saints matches this season and he seems to generally be a good player. He's incredibly fast and scored a peach of a goal against Watford. I rate him quite highly.
drizzt
Was very highly rated a few years ago. Surprised to hear he's 20 already. Might be a good shout.

If we don't mind a petty low life crim playing for us, then he'd probably be a half decent signing.

On the other side of the coin, he was probably drunk and it could have been a complete one off.

He's not a bad player, but obviously his personality may be a problem.
David Amsalem
Training by himself at the moment after turning down a contract.
Riccardo
Sounds like a complete c*** to me.
Cleon
He's a good player. But he's also a •••• that I wouldn't want playing in a Palace shirt.
The Ferret
Not sure if DougieRules family will be happy if we manage to 'Nick' this player off Southampton.
Sir.S.C Remembered
He tore us apart a few seasons ago at home and is a real player. Go for it!

Wasn't that Lloyd Dyer, then at West Brom? This guys only 20 - was he around "a few seasons ago"?

I'd be very suprised if LLoyd Dyer ripped any team apart, even Acrington!

In his time at West Brom Lloyd Dyer was a real prospect, assumed to be one for the future. I have a cousin who lived up that way and the local press were full of him, bit like their version of Victor Moses - it just didn't happen for him. A prime example of why we need to be a little careful of we expect of the likes of Moses, Scannell, Hills and the rest.
