Going gee gee racing tonight. It starts at about 2300hrs, because of the temperature. So a slice of pizza, or a bowl of pasta, will suffice. Oh, and a few Mahou's. |

| Haven't had much of an appetite today, still suffering from last night's celebrations. But I got dragged into Pizza Hut, in The Strand, at lunchtime. It may not have been as exotic as biggus mickus's meal, or as varied as hellsbells's, but it did the trick. |

Made and devoured a 'to die for' meatball curry with pillau rice.
Also managed to get a few curry puffs down before the main course. This afternoon I made some of the worlds best garlic hamburgers ever to be invented.
Hmmmm - wonder what I should put on the menu for tomorrow. |

David I thought you would live on fish. Or is it too much to ask not only catching the scaly, glass eyed little bastards but also eating them? |

Believe it or not JohnA - I do not really enjoy eating fish that much - I dearly love catching it, cleaning it, perfecting fillets and then freezing it for the missus and boy. Every so often I will eat a decent sole or tong - or fish from an English chippy when I'm over - but that's it mate. I am a meat man at heart (don't go there ;) ) ..(unless I can get into that neighbour of mine) - |

| Somehow David I agree, one of my favourite smells is fresh Atlantic mackeral coated in cornflour and fried. However, I turn my nose up at the general smell & taste of fish (RANK!!). |
