This may sound silly, but what do you put on the thing to need 32 gigas?

Films? More music? Now that music is free these days, it don't half build up quick ;)

..... and then you never bother to listen to it.
OK, I get that, sort of. I don't keep music on mine and I don't ever want to carry films around with me. And the applications don't seem to take up much space at all.

I can't be bothered to continually maintain the music on my iphone. At the moment, I am pretty much on the limit, so any new stuff I put on means something else has to go.
Thats too much hassle!
Another 16gb would mean I wont have to start messing with it for a good few months.

Im in the same boat. Cant add any more tunes or apps without removing something!

Thing is, I just don't like listening to music on headphones.

I listen to it when I am away from my normal music sources, such as travelling to work.
I'd rather listen on headphones whilst on a train, than nothing at all.

So, yeah it looks likely the 32 is coming in June :)

32Gb will be so much more useful, I knew when i bought the 16gb that id fill it easily but you just have to buy new gadgets when they first come out!

16 gb is about 300 albums. That'll set you all back a few bob.

No but I am atypical. The point is that it wouldn't be unusual to have 300 albums on cd and it's tricial to rip these to Mp3

Right..... I just can't imagine feeling the need to carry all those records around with me. I can get my head round a little player with 30 odd albums on. To listen to on the plane or something.... new releases.... anyway, just goes to show, diff'rent strokes, eh?

I have 130Gb or so of music, once you get past the point of being able to have the whole thing with you on a single device it's pretty arbitrary how much actual music you do put on. The only caveat being that Itunes stinks so changing the music becomes a chore.
