See what pissed me off about your posts is the assumption that everyone was having the wonderful life you were in the city before you left for Chile. Free lunches, free loans etc etc. That life in the late 70's and 80's was a bed of roses.
Now idiots like me who took objection to post on packed lunches might remember a different life.
Mid 70's I finished and apprenticeship in a Crane Manufacture in Letchworth a pretty Garden city work was plentiful as the engineering firms competed for you. Within what 4 years of the first redundancy the employment in the town had been destroyed it lost the crane manufacture, furniture, gears for cars, dustbin lorries. As a young guy I got out early, was doing ok then into the defence industry where my Dad worked. I watch that in the ten years 1980-90 be decimated in reverse not 1 in 10 gone but 9 in 10. Hey its ok though you were fine down in London.
So my old man and I at various times took a packed lunch he use to take a flask as well. You know what if he had not there were times when we would of been short on food on the table. But hey you take the piss dont want to sit with the scum tight wads that eat a pack lunch. You know what its such crap that given a choice of sitting in the stand with the like of you or those that take pack lunches I would without hesitation sit with those that have.
But dont worry I will try not to sully your enjoyment of watching football.
What I care about what pissed me off so much about your crap post was how you in one post had dismissed the sacrifices my father made for me to eat . Now me and him had our rows but bloody hell I respect everything he did for me. So when I have go on some other thread your moronic response remains like the first post pathetic.
I finish it off as well for you do something about is your cry some of us tried , and succeeded. There was one that sticks with me one of the last things I helped with at work only in a very small way maybe entailed each employee to free tea or coffee on tap whenever. Its a little thing maybe but I drank the first free cup and thought of my Dad

And breathe.
I am glad for you that you have got that off your chest.
A long time to hold that inside.
In the 1970s my dad was a newspaper printer, my mum was a manic depressive stay at home sherry drinker. My dad worked and then came home, cleaned the house and took care of the kids. He could cook one meal - rabbit stew, and we had it three days a week for what seemed like six years. He also bought water damaged stock from wallys in Catford, and we lived on soggy sugar puffs and corn flakes. A treat was getting a nesquick or soda stream when visiting my cousins.
When my parents divorced, amd my mother was placed in a mental home, I spent 4 teenage years in a childrens home. At 19 I had some drunken twat beat the living crap out of me. That led to me moving back to South London. From 1986 to 2000 I luckily fell into a number of jobs that allowed me to grow. But lets not assume that my life was always easy. Not so easy seeing my nan and mum converted into zombies from electric shock treatment, and spending the years 13 to 21 having to work it all out without any parental support at all. But continue to lecture me mate.
We all have stories from the past mate. The 1970s is not 2017.
People working in a job that requires a packed lunch is one thing. Another is those that occasionally take a lunch in. Another is those that need to save some money at some point in time. I am rallying against those that can afford various options, but chose to organise their life in such a way to prepare a lunch religiously to take in when they dont really need to.
I find that a bit odd, maybe a bit eccentric British in a way. It reminds me of the Mr Bean park bench scene. But that is just my view. That it has upset so many to this degree is frankly hilarious. And I would suggest becasue of that the problem doesnt rest with me posting hurtful comments on the BBS.
My only issue would be to keep it to a couple of threads, and not trawl every thread I am posting on. You want to take issue with me, then keep it on the threads concerned. Dont follow me around the BBS with your faix outrage.
Silly sausage.
