Presume the 'pitch' is just a fold out sheet like usual but with Selhurst Park on it? Not a player, just a collector so will give that a swerve!

Ordered the AJ 'cult hero' as I can't imagine many sellers including that within a team set

'Match Attax Live' on the checklist is essentially the Pro 11 cards.

There will be Jedi ones with the code on them (should be very very common), and then once people start winning them and redeeming from the online game, the actual Jedi Pro 11 card

This year the Pro11 which has to be 'won' is a Jedinak. There's 32 weeks for people to try and win the Pro11's, so give it a month or two while people go for the big name stars, then it will start to appear on ebay initially for £20ish, but it will soon come down.

Still not got the Bolasie Premier Club auto from last season though, getting on my nerves now! Think only a fraction of the stock was ever sold, and the insert ratios for autos were so weak that very, very few have ever been sold/traded. :(

last season Pro 11 go for under a fiver each now, I might give it a go online to win some pro 11 cards, but haven't looked into yet, so i havent got a clue what is need etc, so some research is needed

This year it's simply playing MA online. So expect 11 year olds to be really good at it. You need the codes which are on the paper inserts in the packets of cards.

Dont know what i'll be doing this time, Last season, i had all the base cards upto and inc black, with a couple Orange cards, Captain(Jedinak) all except orange,All Gayle, and just about all the fabrics, with many different designs, Spent £450-£500 on them:confused:

The first year of Premier Gold I must have got nearly everything, lots of 1/1's, plus the quad auto book card and the quad relic. Got 9/10 blank back 1/1s as well. Bonkers!! Customs must have loved me!

Scaled back massively last season and didn't feel too bad - the quality wasn't as good - the parallels weren't even foils, and the cards were much less thick.

Looking at this lot, I'm amazed that Cabaye doesn't feature at all in the collection - major oversight!

The cards of most interest to me look like the Ledley autographed Jumbo relic, however the most common one is only /11 so I can imagine most sellers asking crazy dollar for that.

The Hoolihan/Ledley dual sounds good too and at /25 a bit less impossible to find one!

Suspect my son will be collecting the Premier League book having got to the stage with Match Attax now that most cards he gets are doubles and there is hardly anyone he knows to swap with

We never did get a Bolasie 'Hat Trick Hero' card (ie for Sunderland away last season) but not holding my breath.

Incidentally it looks like Premier Gold (was due out today) has been shelved till February, Premier Club will be back next Spring also.

In some way, pleased that the Premier Gold release date might be set back..running low on funds

Some nice cards have been promised in the Premier Gold set, but agree, no great rush. Ordered the Wales ones, next up is the Merlin Stickers.

I went crazy with the 2013 set, customs must have loved me! But then I thought that 'typical Palace' would only be up in the Prem for the one season!

Pleased I did it 'properly' once, and that set had a Quad auto and a Quad relic, and (eventually) I managed to get one of each!

Last seasons collection was very modest for me, and I intend doing the same again, just an example of each card (and even then the die cut Puncheon won't be easy to get 'cheap'). Not too bothered about getting rare parallels, or multiple parallels of the same card any more

Word has it that Match attax 15/16 Extra is been released on 17th March

There aren't many 'obvious' cards missing from the original set this season - Hennesey, Adebayor, Campbell and Pardew I guess.

They could do a Boateng I suppose to bulk up the cards, plus another random sparkly 'duo'.

Presumably a few weeks later they will then release Premier Club? Really narrow selection of 'star' players, plus impossible to get autos!

Surely they must know most 'serious' collectors buy Premier Gold cards anyway, so Premier Club is a needless addition?

Hat trick hero is a bit of a joke really. Bolasie got his hat trick after last seasons cards were produced, so missed out on being featured.

That Premier Gold Ledley Jumbo 1/1 is now $399!

Still not seen a Zaha kick redemption card. Got the base set and a few irons in the fire for autos, but am planning to pay bottom dollar for most of the cards I get, so expect to get outbid many times for what I want before I'm successful!

Just got myself the Puncheon Die-cut auto (Golden Boot), quite a very good price compared to what the prices i've seen todate

Just out of curiosity, how come most of the Premier Gold cards are not available from British dealers and we have to pay large amount of postage to buy from USA/Canada/Far East.

All I want is a basic set at a reasonable price and reasonable postage

The set is not produced to be sold in the UK, it is pretty much a 'non EU' release. Mostly US/Canada and the Far East.

So if a UK dealer wants to sell it, they have to import boxes/cases of it, and pay large customs import charges (as boxes/cases aren't cheap)

Presumably the main countries that do sell it (Hong Kong, China, US, Canada) don't have anything like the large import customs from their wholesale source (Topps US)

Also the few UK sellers that do take a punt on it are at quite a disadvantage, as they don't usually receive theirs until a couple of weeks after release. Collectors like myself have already secured most of what they want by the time a couple of weeks has passed - in my case this year I am just keeping it simple -one of each card only- , not going for all the different coloured parallels or printing plates etc.

There are more than enough card and sticker collections this season without needing to major on every minor variation of the same card - plus ultimately it is infuriatingly impossible, even if you watch it like a hawk and are a ruthless and affluent 'sniper', you will never get every card anyway.

Only seen the Zaha redemption listed once, but it was one lot with two of those cards, plus an Arsenal one. Would expect at least one of the Zaha's to be relisted in due course

I had a contact in Beijing get them for me via his collector friends over that side of the world, no way was paying ebay prices (and some are stupidly scarce anyway regardless of price)

I think this years Premier Gold is like last years Premier Club - dealers and traders not buying half as much as collectors need them to, so ebay is starved of the parallels and rare cards and they are sitting boxed, unsold and unopened

Euro 2016 missing stickers service already open for the UK version

A new set of Euro 2016 cards has recently come out called Panini Prism. It's one of those 'American' style collections with numerous (up to 13!!!) different colour versions of each card. The rare colour versions are going for £££. More interested in Cup Final tat to be honest so taking a very laid back approach to this collection.

Being an international collection I can't be doing with all that and hope to just get one of each card in the (cheapest to get) base version

This'll give regular readers of this thread a good laugh.

An alternative to the usual Panini sticker album for the Euro's is the lesser collected sticker album from Switzerland called Tschuttibildli EURO 2016. The concept is that a different artist paints (or draws) the players from a country (so 24 different artists for the whole collection)

It took a little while to track down the two Palace stickers from the collection, but it was worth the effort. They are *ahem* quite something!

Panini America have been making a limited card for each game in Euro 2016 on a daily basis, which is only available to buy online for 24hrs

The auto jersey card is from the Futera Unique 2016 collection which came out in August

The other two cards are very cheap ones from a Belgian set issued by Carrefour supermarket during the summer.

There are some seriously sick Benteke cards out there, particularly the Flawless collection including Stud cards!!! Ben's actual studs on cards!

Was a little surprised that Mandanda didn't make the Match Attax set, but I guess that can be rectified in the Spring with the Extra collection.

Bought my son his first pack of this seasons Match Attax this morning on the walk to school, and he got Beneteke! Got a very happy son!!!
