My crap N95 they will pay £145. |
Or buy the PAYG iphone, extend your contract with O2 (get £100 credit and half price line rental of £20 per month, 600 mins, 1000 texts unlimited web browsing) you will be quids in over an 18 month contract as you will save £224 in line rental over 18 months, £156 for buying the 16gb on 18 month contract, and you will also get the £100 credit total saving £469. 16gb PAYG iphone £391.45
You would be better off by £77.55 However this is depending on whether or not the iphone tariff offers anything more than mins, text and web browsing. |

Just got one. They were proper stubborn about things and made it clear where they stood, but offered me an out on my current contract - had to pay the next two months line rental (at a discounted rate) and gave me an 8GB 3G iPhone on an 18 month contract for nothing at £35 a month. Huzzah. Now I can play. |

£45 as opposed to the £90 they wanted :) Am well happy with myself. |

I'll take that rather than have to pay to get out of my existing contract which as it stands would cost me about £150.00 |

Yeah they are letting me upgrade at end of August rather than December when contract ends. Plus isn't there a new iphone model due out sometime soon. Probably better to wait anyway if that is the case.

I reckon I have dun me mafs wrong. I have to pay 7 x £35.00 to get out of my contract. I really can't be arsed to go and find somewhere to trade a knackered old N95 in. I'll just wait, patience is a virtue. |
I've just been given a nokia 5800, I have no idea what it even looks like.
