I didn't try that, but will do so if it happens again.

I quite often lose internet connection and have to resort to the airplane mode or Switching off and on technique. I know alot of iphone users that still have this issue.

it's particularly annoying when you're in the middle of something as well.

Ypu will have to much less if you disable BT and wireless when not using them

I'm Iphone is playing up, it seems to think my headphones are still plugged in even though they have been removed, consequently it's silent unless I plug the headphones back in, then I can hear the phone conversation though the headphones. It's only 6 weeks old, I'm not happy.
