Posting YouTube Videos

Has something changed with the way you post YouTube videos?

I used to not have a problem. Deleting everything in front of and including the "=" sign. I seem to get an error when I do this now.

I also noticed that the YouTube addresses sometimes have more than one "=" sign in the string... could this be the issue?

Example:

To view the link you have to Register or Login

Dont bother with 'Embed video' just click 'Share' and copy everything after the last forward slash

To view the link you have to Register or LoginW4jDs05mIgs

Then paste into comments and highlight pasted text then click Youtube (HD) icon to surround the highlighted text.

Odd, it never used to be this complicated. I can see where it might be hard to know which bits are valid, or what bits to delete.

No problem. Yes I'm not sure why we have to dissect the sharing link before selecting it with the YouTube Icon? Not sure if it could be sorted in any BBS upgrade being able to select the entire share link url when posting?

It seems to me that the YouTube link string has changed, not the BBS end of things.

Not sure if it is all links, but the YouTube seems to have double "='s" in the links which confuses things.
