Stop it and do nothing removes the publicity and the pressure on the likes of twitter.

Won't work at Millwall obviously but should elsewhere.
H, the social media companies will feel under no pressure whatsoever.

It's a lovely thought but it requires more draconian measures

If everyone is serious about this though, such draconian measures would be acceptable.

Unless of course, it's a little bit too inconvenient.

Let me ask you a question as you seem very vocal about all of this. Do you believe that (Zaha aside) all black people support taking the knee?
Who’s ‘them’ ?

I have missed it please link where anyone has supported booing the knee because of Marxism.

Not the arguement that some racists use it as an excuse. But the actual support of booing.

It's really quite incredible how heated some exchanges have been given this revelation. Sadly it reflects more on the attempts at points' scoring than actually debating the issue.

(Of course I do not include myself in that! )

We have however had two sides. Those that are supportive of the take the knee and those that are not, or at least not enthusiastic about it due to Marxism or aliens or something.

The fact (if it is one and I reckon it probably is) that no one has actively supported the booing (when people are actually booing it and proudly going on the radio to boast about it) would kind of suggest that as a message it’s probably not a bad one. If the bbs struggles to be polarised about it then it’s probably ok.

At no time has there been any condemnation of this by posters who support the far left agenda including the antisemitism that goes with it. Which in some cases is never going to happen without the posters being hypocrites. No comnent on the Independent link where our club made exactly the same point on the use of BLM politically. The FA saying the same thing. Its wrong pure simple wrong.

Booing the knee by the players is racist i have no issue. I have not used the Marxism issue to justify it nor has anyone else on here to my knowledge.
My experience of the far left in the UK has been that anti racism isn't to push an agenda, but seems from the concept around working class unity. They've largely seen oppression of the working class to include the fight against racism (sexism and homophobia etc). In a large part It seems from anti-imperialism and the influence of the Anarchists. Trotsky and Trotskyist saw internationalism and the National Liberation movements as fundamentally necessary to the Revolution. It's not so much to push the agenda as part of the agenda of Socialism at its core in the West ( also in part, ironically, to the AntiSemitism experienced in Russia.

Trotskists embraced elements of anarchism, which include a big emphasis on individual liberty (and subsequently a lot of rights movements have draw on Trotskyist influences and vice versa). It's not really that surprising to find Marxists in any civil rights movement either given that Marxist philosophy is very centred around the idea of conflicting groups and discourses in society. Marx is one of the 'founding father's of Socialology and him and Webber are probably two of the biggest contributors to the future of sociology and social studies.

So much so that in academia you have Marxist Theorists who.are in no way left wing, but view society and research very much I terms of theory that has it's basis in Marxist views of society.

It's a bit like Psychology and Freud, the degree of importance Marx had on Social Science

If people want to show nothing more than the desire to confront racism, both within football and outside of it, before matches, why can't the players clap to demonstrate support for Kick It Out? Or point to a badge on the shirt, expressing that?

But if you want, specifically, to have the knee taken and the fist raised ( which is intimately linked to BLM and started straight after George Floyd was used to push into a vulnerable public consciousness that the entire West is a racist construct ) then it means you are supporting far more than just confronting racism. You are advocating we all be subjected to the specific promotion of BLM itself, which is a movement that is far more than just combating racism.

BLM believes the West itself needs to be torn down. That the nuclear family dismantled. That Marxism is the way. And those defending BLM should stop trying to divorce BLM from it's Marxist / dismantle the West / dismantle the family / 'whiteness is evil' roots. It's been too proudly and loudly declared by their own leaders and own websites for that.

We live in a free, democratic system and if people want to believe in those kind of sick, hopeless, divisive kind of ideas, then fine. Believe in Cancel Culture, censoring speech, indoctrinating schoolchildren, Marxism, demeaning the West and 'white culture' and everything else which BLM supporters promote while living in a non-Marxist state which allows you the actual freedom to think and say those things. Hate a culture that allows you to despise it from within, if you need to.

Just don't insist that those who disagree with you should be forced to have your ideology ruin the start of every football match, with a demonstration supporting a political group which effectively promotes the end of our society as we know it. You get to ram this stuff down our throats via the majority of the media every single day. Most people, in a football stadium, just want a little escapism from the troubles of the world, much of which is directly from the social division and social assassination that Woke groups like BLM promote. Is it too much to escape your minority, hectoring viewpoint at a football match? Especially when Kick It Out is standing by to take over and would love the publicity given? Or are they just not sufficiently dismissive and contemptuous of the West for you?

Stop pretending that BLM is nothing more than a pacifist, non-political movement to stop racism. Stop pretending that Kick It Out couldn't serve that purpose just fine, if combating racism is really ALL you want to promote. Stop pretending that you don't understand the difference between objecting to BLM and support for anti-racism, in order for you to then have an excuse to bully people and virtue-signal amongst your kind. Stop pretending it's okay to ram your message down everyone's throats at a football match, regardless of what the majority of other human beings there think. Stop acting like you know best and we have no choice but to be talked at by you.

In short, stop your usual tactics and allow, somewhere, for 90 minutes, for people to escape your f*cking Woke garbage. Ruin the rest of our daily lives but let us enjoy a game of football you miserable, controlling c*nts.

It’s a well known saying when you know who the subject group ‘them’ refers too. Without knowing who you are referring too it’s meaningless.

I speed read it. Most of it is bollocks so speed reading it takes seconds.

It’s like the opposite of a Windsor post on the covid thread where you have to read it, read it again and give up cos it’s too complicated.

.....jeez..what a load of old tosh ! ..and here you are talking down to us that we dont understand the true meaning of a few footballers kneeling down for 5 seconds to support an anti discrimination message. Who's the controlling person? We are being talked at by you, with your definition of the meaning of this gesture, even though players are quite clear about their reasons for doing it.

woke, virtue signalling.... omg!!

I have ADHD (Stopped taking the pills) and sorry mate but I just bypass your posts (Shit you beat Heb in the old days and he used to go on a bit as well) and just wait for the criticism's to get the gist.
