There is a subspecies of expat, who move permanently, or as long as it is convenient, but live in a bubble isolated from the host country. Brexitus Costadelsolis.

It's not just Spain - the Brits and Americans I met on my one visit to Bermuda seemed to know less about the islands than I did and were solely focussed on making as much tax-free dosh as possible before returning to their home countries.

Interesting bit about British residents legally living elsewhere in Eu also can only stay 90 days too.My brother lives in Bulgaria and i was wondering if they could still go wherever for as long as they like, seems not. Hes got a camper so don't expect he particularly wants to stay away from home and in 1 place for months anyway.

The inevitable is happening. In the analysis, another Brexit consequence exacerbated by a badly thought out so called "deal", with the EU.

Nothing to see here tory / brexit voters. Keep your heads in the sand.
The UK Government acknowledged they are "aware of a small number of issues" since 1 January but added "overall businesses are adjusting well" to the new rules and said trade "continues to flow smoothly".

While I should feel smug I donít. Anyone with knowledge on the matter would have predicted the same. So I just feel a bit sad.

I see the UK chocolate industry is saying it's f#cked as well, the second biggest exporter in the UK food and drink sector behind whisky.
I have to agree though, the worst thing about all this is the trouble brewing in NI
