Took a club over who had just survived relegation to the third tier with a threadbare squad and little money to spend. After 11 years that club are about to embark on their 9th straight season in the Premier League. If that ainít the definition of walking the walk, I donít know what is.

SP has Definitely cartied out some nifty footwork over the past few weeks recruitment wise. Not only signing up a number of exciting young players fighting off competition from other Premier clubs. But also getting in Viera and the very experienced backroom team of coaches and a well experienced assistant manager whilst keeping the continuity of Paddy Sean and Scott Guyett. And hopefully it hasn't finished yet. It will be brilliant if this really gels. The fresh coaching staff with experience from PSG, Man City etc will hopefully help bring a lot of the youngsters through into the first team too.

Blimey Iím not sure what more he can really do. He stabilised the club, got us into the premier league and has overseen keeping us there, he has planned and implemented the new academy project, is working on ground improvements, has a clear vision for the future and is putting in place all the building blocks the club needs to be viable for the long term as well as overseeing arguably our best window. To me that demonstrates a fairly considerable walk
