Sorry if this has been mentioned before.
Not wishing to defend the club at all as this has taken too long, but, could this new banking security system be partly to blame? To view the link you have to Register or Login Last week a customer was trying to send me an online payment and despite us trying every way to write my name (as it appears on my debit card was different to my cheque book) she kept getting an eeeor message saying the details didn’t match. In the end she sent a small trial payment first followed by the remainder once it had cleared in my account. Obviously if this was an issue the club should’ve just told us about the new security system? I know, cool story bro |

They could have saved a lot of hassle by just stating at the beginning ‘refunds will be issued the week following the end of the season’ what was the point of the 28 working days making everyone continually check their account Anyway thank **** that season is over with.

So they have my correct bank details to take the direct debit but not to refund my money.
At least the box office performance has been in keeping with the teams the last couple of months |

Sympathies with those who are clearly being screwed over by the incompetent people running the operation. The fact we had to enter new bank details in the first place was a bit worrying.

Not sure I've ever had a refund where I've had to enter my bank details. It's almost always paid onto the original method of payment.
Seems to have gone really well anyway.

Usually have to put your card on chip and pin in a shop though. Guess many may have paid in the box office so they wouldn't have a full record and way of knowing how payment was made?
