This matter which really was a simple one has been drawn out. Emails and social media goes all over the place. Bank details on an email reply might end up who knows where? Some bank security systems may have rejected third party communication. As for those who have successfully received the refund, yet others whose bank accounts are in regular use for direct debits etc, not being refunded seems curious. As for the phone number to communicate with and leave details, how much trust and confidence to have that calls are not being rerouted? In any case providing the same bank details will likely be rejected again and so we go round and around. It wouldn't be a surprise if the Club has washed it's hands from the refunds and the matter is sub contracted to a dis-organised team whose systems have been compromised. If major organisations lose personal data it is a possibility. I was prepared to give the Club the benefit of the doubt but the more I think about the warnings of scams, it all seems very peculiar.

If they renew a season ticket they have a three options - 1) they will be allowed into a ballot to watch any games if limited crowds come back
2) they can let a family or friend to purchase their season ticket to bypass the waiting list 3) They can pay 30% upfront to secure the ticket and if crowds Of 70% come back they pay the rest. No access to balance and if crowds not over 70% the 30% will be used towards the following years season ticket. |

Im guessing part of the issue is most people wanted their £ back as opposed to having their name on a brick in the academy.

It wasn't even on a brick, just on a wall, so a list of names. And apart from when you go on your tour (goodness knows when that will be able to actually happen) I'm not sure fans can just wander into the Academy to see it there anyway
